Cancellation Policy

-There is a 50% retainer fee before apppointments are approved and they’re non-refundable. Retainers will be made via Zelle or Apple Pay at the number 916-955-2933 and will be applied towards the service. -If running late please communicate. There’s a 5 minute grace period and after 10 minutes there will be a $5 late fee. If there's another client scheduled directly after you and time doesn't permit you may need to wait till the next available time slot. Consistently showing up late it will result in not being allowed to book and come in on a “walk-in” basis only. -A 24 hour advance notice is required for any cancellations. If you cancel before 24 hours of the service you may transfer your retainer only one time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service your retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer fee must be made for a new appointment. -No-shows are not tolerated. If you no-show without proper communication it will result in being banned from booking. If you no-show you risk your retainer being forfeited. -No extra guests are allowed unless you’ve spoken with me beforehand and I’ve approved it. Parents/guardians to minors getting services are exempt.
